Massage Sessions
Through Positive Touch, Thomas originated and popularized the on-site chair massage program at Whole Foods Market in Richardson, Texas on Christmas 1988.
Both Thomas and Mary Ellen offer personalized bodywork sessions customized to each individual's needs, with the goal of establishing a blissful state of homeostasis to aid each body in its self-healing process. You will be able to enjoy a wide range of techniques during a typical table massage session, including Swedish, Myofascial, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Sports, CranioSacral, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and many others.
Three table massage session lengths are available for your convenience - 1/2 hour ($40), 1 hour ($70), and 1 1/2 hours ($95). Call to schedule your appointment for bliss with either Thomas or Mary Ellen.
